The Fine Print
Fundraising: Schools can set pricing on print orders made in the app and delivered direct to home for fundraising. We provide tools for recognition ads as well.
Pages: Any page count will work for a digital book; however, very high page-count books could pose download problems for some students.
Turnaround: Average time for Pixami-built digital publications is 24 hours. For publications using InDesign files, or other yearbook company PDFs, turnaround is five days or less. Print shipments average 7 - 10 business days from order.
Portrait count: Digital pricing is based on the number of unique portraits. A portrait is defined as a single photo of one person on a single page, with a caption below or to the side containing their name.
Everybody Deserves A Yearbook: We provide access codes to all students and staff in the yearbook — everyone who has a portrait or a “not pictured” designation. Some schools choose to make the book available only to graduating class. Only these people — and in the case of students, their parents — have access to the digital yearbook,
Minimum charge: There is a $750 minimum for digital publishing, $500 if you compose the book with your own software. There are no minimum requirements for print orders. We provide print for digital customers only.
Financial assistance: We believe Everybody Deserves A Yearbook and make fInancial assistance available to Title I schools and will consider assisting schools experiencing economic hardship on a case-by-case basis.
